Echobone Bondex Foams: Our bondex sponge, known as sound-absorbing rebonded echobone, is a sound insulation sponge produced from acoustic sponge wastes (recyclable granule sponge). Turkish Bond sponges, which we produce and sell / export as a company, provide an effective and accurate solution in all insulation projects including the wall, ceiling, and floor.You can use Universal adhesive for the application of sponge, sound absorbing, sound absorbing rebonded echobone bondex sponge, or you can speed up the process and work more easily with self-adhesive rebondede echobone sponge pan. They are sponges produced in high density, consisting of a dense and dense combination of sponge parts again.

Echobone Bondex Foam Size:  100 cm x 100 cm Plate dimensions, 10 - 20 - 30 - 40 - 50 - 60 - 70 - 80 - 90 - 100 mm are offered for retail sale.

Echobone Bondex Foam Package:  Bondex sponges 100 cm x 100 cm size plate 10 packs are sold. 1 Pack 10 m² Sold. 

Echobone Bondex Foam Color: It  is sold as standard in mosaic pattern granule mixed color.

Echobone Bondex Foam Usage Areas:   Music room, studio, generator cabin, radio broadcasting house, sports hall, entertainment venues.

Echobone Bondex Foam Production: Production of  special thickness 50 mm and above is possible. Custom cut to size is possible.

Echobone Bondex Foam Fireproof:  It has no flammability and non-flammability. See the fireproof sponges section.

Echobone Bondex Foam Density:  Standard density is 110 Kg / M³  and optionally it is possible to produce 180 Kg / M density.

Note: 30 mm product is between 25 - 30 mm, 40 mm is 35 - 40 mm, and 50 is in thicknesses with tolerances between 45 - 50 mm.

Our products have flameproof and nonflammability certificates and nonflammable/flameproof Firex; in nonflammability BS476: class 0 and Unı 9175:2008 M1 documents in European norms.  They are anti-bacterial thanks to their dead cell structure and do not produce any mycose and bacteria.

Bondex acoustic sponges are in the form of 100 cm x 100 cm plates, and their packages contain 10 plates,  10 m² of products. It is sold by retail and wholesale as 30 mm and 40 mm as standard, it can be produced in different thicknesses and sizes as special production if you wish.
