Product Description

Barrier Egg Foam : Barrier acoustic sponges are a type of sound insulation sponge with a flat non-flammable acoustic foam or rebonded sponge pan on the lower surface, and a sound absorbing acoustic sponge produced in the form of an acoustic labyrinth, pyramid, egg on the upper surface, and an EPDM heavy rubber sound insulation barrier applied between these two sponges. Acoustic sponges alone cannot effectively and high-performance prevent loud noises. If an EPDM heavy lead sound insulation barrier is placed between two acoustic or sponge boards, high performance product quality emerges. These products are mostly used in loud environments.

Barrier Egg Sponge: Barrier acoustic egg sponges are used to regulate sound insulation and acoustics with their high sound absorption power. Egg sponges with fireproof barrier laminated with EPDM based insulation barrier, which is the heavy lead equivalent, provide extremely effective sound insulation. Barrier egg sponge is a product obtained from special liquid shredded fabric and sponges. Barrier acoustic fireproof egg sponges absorb the sound thanks to its open-cell polyurethane structure and provide powerful sound insulation with the barrier between the sponge layers. Barrier egg sponges, with their high sound absorption property, are used for regulating acoustics.

Barrier Egg Sponge Dimensions: 100 cm x 100 cm as plate, sold by retail in 30 mm, 40 mm, 50 mm, and 60 mm thicknesses.

Barrier Egg Sponge Package Content: 100 cm x 100 cm as a plate. One package contains 10 pieces (10 m²).

Barrier Egg Sponge Color Variations: Black (Dark Andesite Gray) as standard. Colored production is available.

Barrier Egg Sponge Area of Usage: Music room, studio, generator room, radio broadcast room, gymnasium, amusement centers.

Barrier Egg Sponge Nonflammability: BS476: class 0 and Unı 9175:2008 M1 certificates are available in nonflammability

Barrier Egg Sponge Density: 30 and 60 Kg / M³ density / Production in desired density and thickness is available.

Tolerance: 30 mm product is between 25 – 30 mm, 40 mm product is between 35 – 40 mm.
