Acoustic Egg Sponge: Our Acoustic Acoustic Egg Sponges are used in all areas where sound isolation and insulation are needed, it is an acoustic foam material that is often used in places where acoustic isolation is important, especially and generally, studio, music room sound recording room. Thanks to its non-flammable feature, it can be safely used in generator engine rooms and cabins. Acoustic and non-combustible, non-combustible sponge foam (non-flammable / non-flowing) egg sponge are effort sponges with open (cellular) porous polyurethane structure. It has non-flammability feature and definitely does not cause flame progression.  Acoustic sponge egg foams, viol egg container (Type) fireproof acoustic sponges are in 200 cm X 100 cm and 100 cm X 100 cm Slab Sizes. Acoustic egg sponges are generally preferred acoustic sponges in acoustic spaces such as studio, music room, drum room, office, call center. They are black in color, but if you want to use them in different colors, you can paint the surface with spray paint.

Acoustic Egg Sponge  Fireproof:  Non-flammable / non-flammable Firend ;  In flammability, it has BS476: class 0 and UNI 9175: 2008 M1 certificates.  

Acoustic Egg Sponge  Density:  50 to 60 Kg / M³ It is possible to custom manufacture in desired density and thickness.

Note: 30 mm product is between 25 - 30 mm, 40 mm is in tolerable thicknesses between 35 - 40 mm.

Our products have flameproof and nonflammability certificates and nonflammable/flameproof Firex; in nonflammability BS476: class 0 and Unı 9175:2008 M1 documents in European norms.  They are anti-bacterial thanks to their dead cell structure and do not produce any mycose and bacteria.
